VitalEdge Technologies, a leading provider of dealer management solutions for the heavy equipment industry, has acquired Integrated Rental, a company known for its purpose-built rental software for equipment dealerships. With this move, VitalEdge strengthens its position in the rental segment, one of the most dynamic and fast-growing areas of the industry.

The acquisition builds on years of close collaboration between the two companies, which have worked together to help dealerships modernise their operations and improve flexibility across departments.
